Came across this older version of the dream treatment post, and thought it might be fun for people to see what people up to 10 years ago said were their dream treatments and what some people had to say when 10 years ago verses now.

As I stated on the other thread, I have a few ideas, ranging from what gets the job done well to what's crazy/outlandish/would only happen in a dream scenario.

I can agree with all people that have already written - especially @Christian2.

My dream treatment would be the following

First appointment idd get fitted with just standard metal braces however the brackets would be large and noticeable also idd start of with a few elastics.

Over the next 6 mounts idd end up getting power chains and more elastics but then idd suddenly find myself getting 2 expanders fitted In also 2 sets of tubes aswell fitted which 3 mounths later I find out are for my headgear. At first I start of with just an upper bow and neck strap with 16 to 18 hours a day wear but after 3 more mounts on the anniversary of my bracing I get the bad news that I now need headgear 24/7 also I get a second facebow fitted to my lower jaw.

At this stage there's also a 50/50 chance that I end up haveing my headgear wired in and if it is I'm stuck with it for the next year. Over the next year I also find myself getting brackets fitted to the back of my teeth and my elastics are replaced with springs or some kinda forsus. After my year of full headgear I get reduced to night time wear only and 6 mounts later I am headgear free but everything else stays in place for another 6 mounths until treatment is over.
