I have 7 different appliances.
The technician who makes these is superb and the fit is perfect.
Since I have communicated with him personally but with some difficulty (he has problems  with English and I have sadly no German) my orders have been filled way faster.
I find the Orthodontist who is running the braces shop very difficult to get hold of when I have any questions and only responds when an order is actually placed.
