Flickr photo used without permission by this site

I have noticed that one of my flickr pictures was posted on here multiple times.  Can a mod please take it off?  I have not given any permission for this photo to be posted.  Yes, we are wearing brafces in the photo.  But it is my photo and I would like it removed from all pages.  it is

Those are the sites where it is viewed most.  Please remove it.

you post 3 of the same dead links (all from Topic t4430.90.html), which message do you mean  ??? for a few days i have already deleted one link in this topic!

It just creeped me out because it got 2000 views very quickly and I had no idea how for the longest time.
