Headgear at Prom
« on: 08. October 2018, 02:48:52 AM »
Hypothetically lets assume you are in High School and Prom is coming up in which you and your significant other are going to.  The morning of the Prom dance one of you has an orthodontist appointment  consisting of the application of full braces, top and bottom fixed expanders, and double headgear wired in.

Who would you choose for the appointment to be intended for and what would your reaction be seeing your date with headgear and bringing them to the dance, or getting the headgear installed and seeing your date for the first time while strapped into your gear?

I would have loved it, but I would want both of us wearing headgears. Back in the day everybody I saw in braces had full bands which was a wonderful site to see.

Thankyou for respond and answering to my topic/hypothetical question. Its a hard one for me. I agree both would be incredible but its an invalid answer so I would choose to be the one walking into prom wired into headgear.

I choose my date to be wired up. Taking someone out in double headgear would be amazing! And helping put the headgear straps on. All dressed up with a mouthful of embarrassing metal. Yes please

I am conflicted as to whom should wear the headgear. I would love the girl (my date) to wear the headgear so that I can look at her the whole time. But I would also like to wear the headgear to feel the metal on my teeth and between my lips.
Tough one....

Given the options I’d opt to be the one with the appointment.

Although for me personally headgear isn’t really my thing, but it would be an interesting experience all the same.

Many of the replies read like the question is targeted at males and 'date' is always a female.  I'm not criticizing, but would have been interested to see responses where 'date' was a male.

My immediate answer is that the appointment is for my date, but after thinking about it, what if we almost never talk again after the date?  Perhaps it would be a longer lasting benefit if I got the appointment and kept the equipment for some time.

My date would be male… and since, in my opinion, braces on me are good and all but it’s the sight that really does it for me, I would much prefer going out with a hot boy with some new headgear. Him coming to my house to take me there, his face beet red with embarrassment, yes please! It would also be amazing to just console them, even while you know there’s no hiding.

What if you both had headgear?

I’d definitely have my date (a girl) wired up for prom night. She’d be really embarrassed about her new gear but I’d do my best to reassure her and make her feel better, whilst also kinda enjoying how awkward she felt and looked infront of everyone.
Braces, bare feet, ball gags and bondage!

I’m good with just him ;D. Headgear really isn’t my thing. Standard braces is good enough.

I love this question!

I'd absolutely adore being the one all wired up with full braces and headgear! The more metal the better! My date (a girl) would definitely look great in headgear, but if it could only be one of us, I'd be more than happy to be the one red as a traffic light, lisping and drooling with embarrassment as my date tries to console me, attempting to parade me around and get me to enjoy the dance in spite of the aggressive orthodontics on full display for all to see!

Bring it on!
