I haven't had a chance to look into everything in detail, but the page is headed "institute for unforced braces" - unforced on the sense of removable, not compelled.
The author is particularly against any form of fixed appliance - even bite blocks come into her crossfire, and she uses lots of emotional words - victim, tortured, suffering, etc. For any sort of fixed appliance. Quad helix is described as 'cheap'. Orthodontists who wait for all adult teeth to be in place aren't spoken about with much favour. She speaks of removable appliances having been 'forced out' of teaching by modern suppliers. It seems to be quite 'holistic' in attitude.
That said, as far as I can make out, she isn't a dentist - she's a doctor of natural sciences, seemingly a chemist! I searched her name, and came across a lengthy critique of her work from an actual orthodontist. - I'll post the link later, although it's all in German.
