Roller skates now there's a thought maybe they are something I can use in one of my future creations

I have an idea... May be ther will be some roller skates involved, but not in the coming chapters  ;)

So, I know one person who has a thing for roller skates, how many more of you are there out there?

I'm definitely enjoying this story.

I don't find the lisping hard to understand, but having the translation in Italics is an excellent way to accommodate those who do.

I have added the latest chapter to TheArchive and am eagerly waiting to see what you do with the next part of the story.

Jess is another excellent character, and I'm enjoying this. A question about her braces. Have I understood correctly that she only has braces on her lower jaw at the moment? Presumably she has upper molar bands for the headgear and tongue crib? I wonder if that means another trip to the orthodontist for some additions. Maybe she'll ask to have her upper jaw fully banded  ;D Maybe she'll go on roller skates ;)

Ok...seeing as we are all commenting..!
I dont mind a bit of the lisp writing but I have to admit that I tend to skip the story if there is too much of it. Its just too difficult to read.  In any case, the wearer often begins to cope with the new appliances and learns how to speak with them eventually....or perhaps that takes away the fun ?!

Just for the record, not into roller skates particularly. They cause a few more bruises than braces !

Keep up the good work all you story writers though.

I keep meaning to sit down and write but dont seem to find the time. I did start to post a long one a few years ago, intending to continue it, but I worried that there were not many comments and it might not be interesting enough.

I have one request for all of the critics of the writing style and substance.

Just in general.

One request.

Please provide some samples of your work so we can critique it.

Those that can do do.

Like many if not most internet forums this place has lost the people that actually put the rubber to the road.

And what is left is the people that want to bitch about whether the rubber was more to blame, or if it was the road to blame.

Fuck all the noise from the douche bags.

Please keep it going; I look forward to it.

I think this story is really good. I agree that lisping is a natural part of those anppliances and when there it isn’t as good as an experience. Keep up the good work.

That's a bit of an unfair comment. At the moment there's actually quite a few people writing stories here.... I only have to see how many other stories are above mine if I don't post for a few days to see.

Also, I can't build a car, but I can still say if a car is cheap and tinny, or more substantial, and nice to drive.

Part 4

Then I reminded that Jess said in her message that work was “interesting”, so I asked: “You said work was interesting. What happened?”

“I nevew told anyone that I wath going to get bwatheth, tho when I thhowed up thith mowning weawing headgeaw, evewybody wath thuwpwithed, but vewy thuppowtive. I told them that my bite wath thweatened by my withdom teeth, that awe about to come in and that my tongue had a wwong pothition in my mouth and had to be wetwained. My bothth wath vewy thuppowtive. He even offewed to wowk in the back-office inthtead of the fwont-office, but by now I think you won’t be thuwpwithed that the fwont-office wath exactly the place I wanted to be.”

“I never told anyone that I was going to get braces, so when I showed up this morning wearing headgear, everybody was surprised, but very supportive. I told them that my bite was threatened by my wisdom teeth, that are about to come in and that my tongue had a wrong position in my mouth and had to be retrained. My boss was very supportive. He even offered to work in the back-office instead of the front-office, but by now I think you won’t be surprised that the front-office was exactly the place I wanted to be.”

I knew Jess worked at a kind of marketing company, where they didn’t only do signing activities, but there was also a desk where you could drop in and order window signing and so, more as a shop. I expected that the front office was this shop.

Then Jess continued: “at about eleven o’clock a cuthtomew came in and ath uthual I got up fwom my dethk and gweeted him. Ath thoon ath he thaw me, he became wude and thaid that ith wath thuch a thhame that a hot giwl like me weawth thith maththive metal contwaption. Then he thaid he didn’t want to be thewved by me and that he wanted thomeone elthe to help him. I told him that I wath on the fwont office, tho that I wath thewe to thewve him.
He became mad and mowe ow lethth thhouted that he wanted to thee my bothth and that I wath not cuthtomew fwiendly and tho on.

Then the nice pawt came, becauthe my bothth wath in the back office and heawd what he thaid, tho immediately aftew the guy had athked to thpeak to my bothth, he thtepped in and befowe the cuthtomew could weact ow give an explanation, my bothth thaid: “I heawd what you jutht thaid and let me be vewy cleaw: thith ith my betht employee and I completely twutht hew expewience, tho the choice ith youwth. Ow thhe will help you ow you can leave the thhop. And without waiting fow an anthwew, my bothth tuwned awound and left the fwont office.

I couldn’t help but thmile thilently and athked him what he pwefewwed. it wath cleaw he didn’t expect thuch a weaction, tho it took a minute ow tho fow him to wecupewate, but then he wealized he had to deal with me.

Duwing ouw theththion he nevew looked at me once, but the end of the thtowy ith that  he left the building ath a mowe ow lethth happy cuthtomew, becauthe he got what he want, but he wath thewved by an ugly giwl with hew head wwapped in metal. I weally doubt if we evew thee him again, but in fact I don’t cawe.”

“at about eleven o’clock a customer came in and as usual I got up from my desk and greeted him. As soon as he saw me, he became rude and said that is was such a shame that a hot girl like me wears this massive metal contraption. Then he said he didn’t want to be served by me and that he wanted someone else to help him. I told him that I was on the front office, so that I was there to serve him.

He became mad and more or less shouted that he wanted to see my boss and that I was not customer friendly and so on.
Then the nice part came, because my boss was in the back office and heard what he said, so immediately after the guy had asked to speak to my boss, he stepped in and before the customer could react or give an explanation, my boss said: “I heard what you just said and let me be very clear: this is my best employee and I completely trust her experience, so the choice is yours. Or she will help you or you can leave the shop. And without waiting for an answer, my boss turned around and left the front office.

I couldn’t help but smile silently and asked him what he preferred. it was clear he didn’t expect such a reaction, so it took a minute or so for him to recuperate, but then he realized he had to deal with me.

During our session he never looked at me once, but the end of the story is that  he left the building as a more or less happy customer, because he got what he want, but he was served by an ugly girl with her head wrapped in metal. I really doubt if we ever see him again, but in fact I don’t care.”

“Wow,” was the only thing I could say: “I really can’t imagine that people with such a limited mind live in this world. I can’t imagine that someone doesn’t like that sparkling in your mouth and I absolutely cannot understand that someone gets mad and rude because of someone’s wearing braces.”

“I speak for myself but I love seeing your headgear, but when you don’t have your headgear in, your braces are somewhat mysterious. They won’t show until you open your mouth or talk and when they do show, they are not that obvious, so you have to take a double look to see what’s exactly going on.”

Having said that, Jess smiled at me, showing just some small bits of silver, creating exactly that mysterious view I just described. Then, when she smiled somewhat wider, the bottom braces showed more and I got a sneak preview of the molar bands, where her headgear attached to. Only when she opened her mouth, you got a view on the tongue crib and when you need to know where to look for, you could see the bars connecting the tongue crib to the molar bands.
It all was so subtle that it looked like art.

Part 5

After dinner Jess told me to continue working, while she cleaned up and made us some coffee. While drinking coffee I saw Jess was somewhat uncomfortable, so I asked what it was that was bothering her.

“Well, jutht like you I have thome unfinithhed wowk that I need to finithh tonight. I wath wondewing if I can uthe a little bit of thpace on youw table and give you thome company while wowking?”

“Well, just like you I have some unfinished work that I need to finish tonight. I was wondering if I can use a little bit of space on your table and give you some company while working?”

“Of course,” was my reply: “I would love to share my table.” And smiling I added: “And I will have a much nicer view when I look up from my computer.”

“Thankth, can I then uthe youw bathwoom befowe I thtawt wowking? You know… bwatheth….”

Jess left for the bathroom and when she returned, I saw she had put in her headgear again. Further she had put her hair into a bun on top of her head, giving me a good view on the neckstrap of her headgear. She had also taken off her pink sneakers, showing her bare feet including blue painted nails matching her dress and headgear strap.

Meanwhile I had made some space on my table, so Jess could sit diagonally opposite me. Now and then I took a peak up from my computer to she what Jess was doing. Most of the time she looked very concentrated to her computer, now and then wetting her lips over the facebow.

A few hours later suddenly Jess exclaimed: “Yethth…. thuctheth….” And when I looked her questioningly, she explained: “You wemembew the aththhole in the fwontoffithe thith mowning? He wanted uth to cweate a pothtew with an audience in the background, while he wath in the centew of the attention. I jutht photobombed hith pothtew I guethth, look…”

“You remember the as**ole in the frontoffice this morning? He wanted us to create a poster with an audience in the background, while he was in the center of the attention. I just photobombed his poster I guess, look…”

Then she turned her computer, so I could see her screen.
First I didn’t see anything special, just a guy in front of a crowd, as Jess explained, but when I looked a little bit closer, I saw she had photoshopped herself in the background, showing her braces in full view.

About fifteen minutes later Jess was ready and she shut down her computer and started packing. Honestly I didn’t want Jess to leave, so I told her that I needed about ten minutes to finish my work for tonight and that if she headed for the living room, I would join her in a moment.

It wasn’t even ten minutes before I entered the living room, but when I did I saw Jess sleeping on the couch. She looked so peacefully and happy and I didn’t dare to wake her up, it was bedtime anyway.

I decided to let her sleep on the couch and switched off the lights. I took a blanket and covered her before I left for my bedroom.

It was in the middle of the night when I heard some stumbling noises. It took me a moment to remember that I wasn’t alone in my apartment, but that I left Jess sleeping on the couch. I turned over and about to sleep in again, when I felt some movement on the blankets. Jess was crawling into my bed. The nerves hit me, because it was the first time that there was a girl in my bed. Almost paralyzed, because I really didn’t know what to do, I decided to fake sleeping.

I felt Jess curling up to my back. I felt the firm but soft tissue of her breasts pushing into my back and next I felt the hardness of her facebow when she gave me some kisses on my back. I didn’t dare to move, being scared that I ruined this experience.

The next morning I woke up, finding Jess’s arm around me. Silently I slipped out of bed, trying not to wake her and took a shower. When I returned to my bedroom Jess was awake and with a sleepy and innocent look, she said: “I hope you don’t mind that I joined you tonight? I wemembew I left fow youw living woom and nextht I know wath that I found mythelf undew a blanket on youw couch in a dawk woom. I weally needed to pee and then I thaw you thleeping in hewe. I jutht couldn’t rethitht to join you in hewe.”

“I hope you don’t mind that I joined you tonight? I remember I left for your living room and next I know was that I found myself under a blanket on your couch in a dark room. I really needed to pee and then I saw you sleeping in here. I just couldn’t resist to join you in here.”

“I don’t mind at all. Thank you for this new experience,” I said.

“New experience? You never slept with a woman before?” Jess said with a puzzeled face.

“Nope, not me,” I said: “Like I said… I’m not that experienced with woman, but I would love to discover any more. I guess I can get used to these experiences”

“If you want a shower, please go ahead. The towels on the heating are fresh, so take one. In the meantime I will make us some breakfast.
Jess quickly slipped into the shower, but not before she gave me a big wet kiss on my lips on her way to the bathroom.
