Are there any appliances or anything else that you would like to see get installed with those braces? Maybe some elastics with a bulky metal herbst, possibly a removable lip bumper on top with bite blocks on bottome molars or how about a massive combination headgear wired in or heavy duty facemask w/heavy forve and 20hrs+ daily wear tine

I would actually enjoy lingual braces with appliances and elastics.  I want the permanency but also the cluttered feeling.   And headgear for at night.   If my partner was into it, I would be okay with regular fixed metal braces.

 I prefer removable because they limit speech much more.  Although the best would be a combination of removable with permanent locks!

Definately fixed! Because braces + herbst + double expander + tongue crib is amazing when you can't take it off
