It might be a removable brace looking like a retainer but straightening her teeth. Because these kinds of appliances (that were more common in former times) look just like retainers, these appliances often are called "retainers", too (especially stateside, I think).

I think it's just a retainer with fake teeth, she got implants on the last pic so she won't wear it anymore
