This is a sabbagh Univeral Spring SUS2. I think you can  buy them via Internet  by a Dental dealer.

I believe they are Forsus springs and they function just like the Herbst appliance by moving the lower jaw forward.

Wow. Chinese orthos seem to be not backward... I cant believe that appliances like these are seriously used.
