Would it be possible for you to build an orthodontic cervera plate?
I need one like this:

1. Lateral metal plates covering the upper teeth
2. double anterior metal plate with additional acrylic bite on the second metal plate
3. Side acrylic plates/shields for the cheeks
4. acrylic plate on the palate, very thick covering the palate as much as possible with lateral connections of metals
5. Upper Metal wire around teeth and bottom metal wire with pelottes
6.Would it be possible to add a design on the plaque? if so what designs are available?

I had one (and the HG version of it) as a kid. It wasn't too bad to wear, but very difficult to speak with, at first, because it stays loose in your mouth and it moves when you talk or swallow.
Here it's a video a a girl who wears it for the first time at the ortho and the ortho teaches her how to talk by making her reading out loud (it's in italian, but basically the ortho tell her that to talk better and avoid gag reflex, it's better to keep the teeth clenched and to swallow the big amount of saliva she must touch the palatal button with her tongue) https://dereferer.me/?https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ukAmLG7Olmo
