In season 4 episode 9.

Haley (Sarah Hyland) is condemned by justice to do work of interest by sweeping the roads. In revenge her sister, Alex (Ariel Winter) decides to take pictures, in a flashback scene we learn in the past that Haley had humiliated Alex by posting pictures of her on facebook while she was wearing her headgear. The scene is short but worth watching.
