Can't really see anything to be honest, just looks like regular old braceless teeth to me.
They are quite difficult to see but she is definitely wearing ceramic braces. There are lots of pics of her with braces on her instagram (karolinagilonofficial) but again you need to look quite closely. There is even a picture of her advertising Doritos in braces. I think the earliest pic is June 2021 and the most recent is from December 2022 so she had quite a long 'sentence' considering she previously had Invisalign.
