I have downloaded several of these videos. They are coded in pretty standard .flv (Flash) format. Don't know for sure,
if vlc on Windows will play these, as i am on Linux. But i think, vlc will do, as any other FLV-player.

Unfortunately, these vids are a litlle over-compressed, so they get pixelated if quick movements are involved.
(For my taste at least)

Would they work with quicktime for a mac?

No idea if Quicktime plays flash-video, but VLC definitely does. Never used Quicktime, even on a Windows machine,
no use for it, if you are not a fan of Apple

As already said, the videos are coded in standard FLV1, the audio in MP3, so i can see no problem in playing
even on a Mac.
