Came across an odd and unexpected find: CEL INA, a German Youtuber had metal braces herself between 04/19 and 06/20, her 20 year old sister had hers even before and still wears them today.
Doing a „pregnant for a day“ challenge some days ago, Celina brought up the subject of her sister’s headgear, helped her putting it in and it stayed in for a couple of minutes while they continued on their challenge. It seems, the sister had been recommended to get TADs in her palate, did not understand it or did not approve of it (she seems not bright at all, unfortunately), so her ortho told her to wear headgear „if she wants“ (
!). She claims not knowing how to put in in correctly and felt no need to wear it at all, since she thought it was not mandatory …..
After all, here we have a 20 year old with dental indication for headgear and even not being very shy about it, as it seems. Too bad I cannot relate at all to women of that intellectual kind. But have a look yourselves.
