At the End of the clip Parker Posey talks about her Braces in the movie Best in Show.

It was noticeable then, that her movie husband wore fake braces glued on an essix retainer while she went for the real thing. She looked phantastic, as she still does, just 20 years younger.
Off side was (I felt) that the braces were ment to ridicule the yuppie couple even beyond their neurotic behavior.
Having said that, the year 2000 was a highlight with her and Gwen Stephani wearing braces at the same time.
Btw: the movie is definitively the funniest I have ever seen, written an co-starred by Christopher Guest, also writer and actor in "The Spinal Tap" or "Waiting for Guffman". A must see, hilarious acting by all, hardly scripted, mostly improvised dialogues. Have to watch it in English, though, if you can. It lost much by translation (to German at least).
